Here are the steps to create a Facebook Reel:
Open the Facebook app on your smartphone.
Go to your Facebook feed and tap the camera icon in the top left corner.
Select the “Reels” option from the camera modes.
Record your video by tapping and holding the red record button or upload an existing video from your camera roll by selecting the “Library” option.
