Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until creamy.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop dough balls, about 2 tablespoons each, onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Note:
You can use different types of chocolate chips like dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or white chocolate, or add other ingredients like nuts or dried fruit for more flavor.
