Recipe for Grilled Cheese Sandwich.

Ingredients:

2 slices of bread
2-3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
2-3 slices of American or cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place 1 slice of bread, butter-side-down, on the skillet or griddle.
Add cheese slices on top of the bread.
Top with the other slice of bread, butter-side-up.
Cook the sandwich for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove the sandwich from the skillet or griddle and cut in half or in the size of your preference.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Note:

You can also use different types of bread or cheese of your preference, and you can add some ingredients like tomatoes, bacon or ham to make it more delicious.
